Cat. No. : PDE7B-446H
Description : The 3",5"-cyclic nucleotides cAMP and cGMP function as second messengers in a wide variety of signal transduction pathways. 3",5"-cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterases (PDEs) catalyze the hydrolysis of cAMP and cGMP to the corresponding 5"-monophosphates and provide a mechanism to downregulate cAMP and cGMP signaling. This gene encodes a cAMP-specific phosphodiesterase, a member of the cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase family.
Source : Baculovirus infected Sf9 cell.
Purity : >80%.
Application : Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
Formulated In : 25 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 100 mM NaCl, 0.05% Tween-20, 50% glycerol, and 3 mM DTT.
Stability : >6 months at –80°C.
Full Length : Full L.
