Description : NIP7, also known as the 60S ribosome subunit biogenesis protein NIP7 homolog, belongs to NIP7 family and contains 1 PUA domain. It interacts with pre-ribosome complex and may bind to RNA. This protein is required for proper 27S pre-rRNA processing and 60S ribosome subunit assembly.

Form : Liquid. 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0) containing 20% glycerol 0.1M NaCl.
Purity : > 90% by SDS – PAGE.
