As a result of glycosylation, the protein migrates as 120-140 kDa (ITGA7X2B) and 110 kDa (ITGB1) under reducing (R) condition, and 115-125 kDa and 125-135 kDa under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE).
