Species : Human
Source : E.coli
Tag : His
Protein Length : 1-328a.a.
Description : This gene encodes a member of the hairy and enhancer of split-related (HESR) family of basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH)-type transcription factors. The sequence of the encoded protein contains a conserved bHLH and orange domain, but its YRPW motif has diverged from other HESR family members. It is thought to be an effector of Notch signaling and a regulator of cell fate decisions. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found, but their biological validity has not been determined.
Storage : The protein is stored in PBS buffer at -20℃. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
Storage Buffer : 1M PBS (58mM Na2HPO4,17mM NaH2PO4, 68mM NaCl, pH8. ) added with 300mM Imidazole and 0.7% Sarcosyl, 15%glycerol.
