• Molecular Mass: The secreted recombinant human CD32b consists of 183 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 20.8 KDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 22-29 KDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to different glycosylation.
