Description : | Ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/ phosphodiesterase 7 (ENPP7), also known as alkaline sphingomyelinase (alk-Smase), is a member of nucleotide phosphodiesterase (NPP) family and is expressed in the intestines and humanbile. ENPP7 is a single-passtypeⅠmembrane protein, and islocalized at th esurface of the microvilla rmembrane in small lintestine enterocytes, as well as in endosome-like structures and in Golgicomplex. |
Molecular Mass : | The secreted recombinant human ENPP7 comprises 429 amino acids with a predicted molecular mass of 49 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, rhENPP7 migrates as an approximately 55-60 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. |
Source : | Human Cells (HEK293). |
Predicted N Terminal : | Ala 22. |
Purity : | > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. |
Formulation : | Supplied as a 0.2μm filtered solution of PBS, pH7.4. |
Stability : | Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt -70℃. |
Endotoxin : | < 1.0 EU per 1μg cytokine as determined by the LAL method. |
Reconstitution : | Follow the instructions on the vial. Centrifuge the vial at 4℃ before opening to recover the entire contents. |
Storage : | Store it under sterile conditions at -70℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage and be used as soon as possible. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. |
Protein length : | 1-439 a.a. |
