Cat. No. : ENPP7-287H
Description : Ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/ phosphodiesterase 7 (ENPP7), also known as alkaline sphingomyelinase (alk-Smase), is a member of nucleotide phosphodiesterase (NPP) family and is expressed in the intestines and humanbile. ENPP7 is a single-passtypeⅠmembrane protein, and islocalized at th esurface of the microvilla rmembrane in small lintestine enterocytes, as well as in endosome-like structures and in Golgicomplex.
Molecular Mass : The secreted recombinant human ENPP7 comprises 429 amino acids with a predicted molecular mass of 49 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, rhENPP7 migrates as an approximately 55-60 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Source : Human Cells (HEK293).
Predicted N Terminal : Ala 22.
Purity : > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Formulation : Supplied as a 0.2μm filtered solution of PBS, pH7.4.
Stability : Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt -70℃.
Endotoxin : < 1.0 EU per 1μg cytokine as determined by the LAL method.
Reconstitution : Follow the instructions on the vial. Centrifuge the vial at 4℃ before opening to recover the entire contents.
Storage : Store it under sterile conditions at -70℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage and be used as soon as possible. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Protein length : 1-439 a.a.
