Description : | DNAJC12, is a member of the DnaJ/Hsp40 family. The members of the DnaJ/Hsp40 proteins are highly conserved through evolution, expressed in several tissues and act as co-chaperone regulating protein folding, transport, translational initiation and gene expression. DnaJC12 may play a role in protein folding and export and is thought to be involved in estrogen control and the development of breast cancer. |
