Ask a question
I would like to know CDK12-16H. Could you tell me the protein production/purification procedure of this product?
Also, I would like to confirm the transformed E.coli were not included in the final protein sample. If the purification steps include sonication, 0.22 um filtration and affinity chromatography purification, there would be helpful information for us to conclude the E.coli were excluded from the protein sample.
