Tag : Strep II
Protein Length : 24-99, 76 a.a.
Description : CCL7 is a secreted chemokine which attracts macrophages during inflammation and metastasis. It is a member of the CC subfamily of chemokines which are characterized by having two adjacent cysteine residues. The protein is an in vivo substrate of matrix metalloproteinase 2, an enzyme which degrades components of the extracellular matrix. It augments monocyte anti-tumor activity and induces the release of gelatinase B. This protein can bind heparin, CCR1, CCR2, and CCR3.
Form : Lyophilized from sterile 0.2μm filtered solution in 0.3X PBS with 10% Trehalose (carrier-free)
AA Sequence : QPVGINTSTTCCYRFINKKIPKQRLESYRRTTSSHCPREAVIFKTKLDKEICADPTQKWVQDFMKHLDKKTQTPK L
Endotoxin : <0.1 eu per μg protein by lal
Purity : >90% by SDS-PAGE
Storage : 12 months at -20°C as supplied; 1 month at 4°C after reconstitution. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in PBS to a concentration of 0.1 mg/ml
