Description : | Recombinant human CCL15 is expressed in E. coli, refolded and purified to yield the full-length secreted protein. CCL15, initially called MIP1-delta or MIP-5, activates cells via CCR1 and CCR3 and is expressed in T and B lymphocytes, NK cells, monocytes, and monocyte-derived dendritic cells. CCL15 is chemotactic for T cells and monocytes. |
