Species : Human
Source : Sf9 Cells
Tag : GST
Protein Length : 1883-end a.a.
Description : ROS1 is a proto-oncogene and member of the sevenless subfamily of tyrosine kinase insulin receptor genes. ROS1 is highly-expressed in a variety of tumor cell lines and functions as a growth or differentiation factor receptor. The FIG gene can fuse with the ROS1 gene in glioblastoma cell lines. The resulting ROS1 fusion protein is a constitutively activated tyrosine kinase.
Applications : Kinase Assay; Western Blot
Molecular Weight : 82 kDa
Expression System : Sf9 insect cells using baculovirus
Form : Recombinant protein stored in 50 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, 150 mM NaCl, 10 mM glutathione, 0.1 mM EDTA, 0.25 mM DTT, 0.1mM PMSF, 25 % glycerol.
Specific Activity : 640 nmol/min/mg
Purity : > 75 %
Concentration : 0.1 ug/ul
Sequences : 1883-edd
Storage : Store product at -70°C. For optimal storage, aliquot target into smaller quantities after centrifugation and store at recommended temperature. For most favorable performance, avoid repeated handling and multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
