Cat. No. : | AURKB-5292H |
Description : | AURKB is aprotein that functions in the attachment of the mitotic spindle to thecentromere. Chromosomal segregation during mitosis as well as meiosis isregulated by kinases and phosphatases. The Aurora kinases associate withmicrotubules during chromosome movement and segregation. AURKB localizesto microtubules near kinetochores, specifically to the specializedmicrotubules called K-fibers, and Aurora kinase A localizes to centrosomes. |
