• Product Overview: Recombinant Dengue virus serotype 1 E protein (amino-acids 281-677) with human heterodimeric Fc-tag, expressed in HEK293 cells.
  The transmembrane portion of the wildtype protein has been replaced with a glycine-serine linker coupled to human IgG1 Fc. The fusion protein was co-expressed with the corresponding unloaded human IgG1 Fc chain.

• Description: Dengue virus is a member of the flavivirus family, which includes Zika virus, West Nile virus and Japanese Encephalitis virus. Many of the proteins expressed by these viruses are very similar, and serological testing for these viruses can be complicated by problems of cross-reactivity.
