• Molecular Mass: The recombinant cynomolgus / rhesus CD83 is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer comprises 365 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 41 KDa.The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 45-55 and 34 KDa respectively in SDS-PAGE.
