Recombinant Cynomolgus CD8A & CD8B Protein, Flag & His-tagged

Cat.No. : CD8A&CD8B-948C
Product Overview : Recombinant Cynomolgus CD8A(XP_001092778.2) (Met42-Asp223) was fused with a flag tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1 ; Recombinant Cynomolgus CD8B (XP_005575417.1) (Met1-Pro170) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the heterodimer was purified.

Species : Cynomolgus
Source : HEK293
Tag : His&Flag
ProteinLength : Met42-Asp223 & Met1-Pro170
Form : Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4.
Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization.
Molecular Mass : The recombinant cynomolgus CD8A & CD8B heterodimer comprises 395 (202+193) amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 44.27 (22.51+21.76) kDa. It migrates as an approximately 33.52 KDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin : < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method
Purity : >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Storage : Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20°C to -80°C
Store it under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized powder in sterile water to 100-200 ug/ml, and further dilute with other solvents. The dissolved protein can be stored at 4°C for 2-7 days and should be used up as soon as possible. If not in use for a short time, please store at -20°C.
