Description : Canine TSH is a heterodimeric glycoprotein consisting of two non-covalently linked subunits, an alpha subunit (96 amino acid residues, aar) and a beta subunit (118 aar).
Purity : >90% (SDS-PAGE in reducing conditions)
Applications : Calibrator or standard in immunoassays. Biological activity has not been determined.
Storage : Lyophilized -20 centigrade (-15 to -30 centigrade allowed)
Reconstituted -70 centigrade (-65 to -80 centigrade allowed)
Storage Buffer : Lyophilized from 10 mM K-phosphate, pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 100 mM D-mannitol, 0.1% CHAPS. It is recommended to reconstitute this product with deionized water to its initial concentration.
Dilutions : It is recommended to use 10 mM K-phosphate, pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 100 mM D-mannitol, 0.1% CHAPS, to prepare diluted samples.
