Description :	Affinity-purified (AffyPure™) MAA/MAL I+II lectin was immobilized to Separopore® 4B (agarose beads) matrix by coupling with CNBr linkage to ensure proper configuration and stability of the lectin. This matrix can be used to purify specific glycoproteins or for immunoprecipitation (IP) studies. The bound glycoprotein can be eluted using compatible sugars.
