Storage : Lyophilized a-Actinin although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18 centigrade. Upon reconstitution a-Actinin should be stored at 4 centigrade between 2-7 days and for future use below -18 centigrade.
Storage Buffer : The protein was lyophilized from a 1 mg/mL solution containing 10mM Tris acetate buffer pH 7.6, 0.1mM EDTA, 2mM DTT, and 20mM NaCl.
