Description : | Maackia amurensis Lectin (MAA/MAL I + II) is composed of two isolectins extracted from Maackia amurensis seeds and purified by affinity chromatography. MAA I + II can be used to detect N-linked and O-linked sialylated glycans. Neither isolectin agglutinates one blood type more than another and agglutination can be inhibited by lactose at high concentrations. |
