Antigen Description : Tumor necrosis factor-beta (TNF-beta), also known as lymphotoxin-alpha (LT-alpha) is a potent lymphoid factor that exerts cytotoxic effects on a wide range of tumor cells and certain other target cells. TNF-beta possesses a signal peptide sequence and is a secreted protein; however, TNF-beta is also present on the surface of activated T, B and LAK cells as a complex with LT-beta. Bioactive TNF-beta exists as a homotrimer.
Target : LTA
Immunogen : E.coli expressed, recombinant human TNF-beta
Isotype : IgG1, kappa
species : Human
Clone : 460-92-22
Conjugation : Biotin
Applications : ELISA,ELISPOT
Preparation : The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated with biotin under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated biotin.
Usage recommendation : Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by ELISA assay. For ELISA detection applications, a concentration range of 0.25-1.0 μg/ml is recommended. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤0.25 μg per 106cells in 100 μl volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
Concentration : 0.5 mg/ml
Storage : The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 °C.Do not freeze.
Size : 500 μg
