Species : Human
Source : Mouse
Tag : Non
Specificity : Human synaptophysin
Clonality : Monoclonal
Positive Control : Neuroendocrine tumor
Staining Pattern : Cytoplasm
Specificity Note : Synaptophysin is a calcium-binding and integral membrane glycoprotein present in presynaptic vesicles in almost all neurons. Synaptophysin has four transmembrane domains and it forms a complex with dynamin at high calcium concentrations suggesting an involvement in synaptic vesicle endocytosis.
Applications : Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue, or IHC frozen sections. No antigen retrieval necessary.
Recommended Usage : IHC test, research use only.Incubate with samples at RT for 60min or at 4℃ overnight.
Storage : 2-8℃ for 12 months.
