• Description: SK-MEL-28 is one of a series of melanoma cell lines established from patient-derived tumor samples. This cell line expresses mutant B-Raf (V600E) and wildtype N-Ras. It is also able to form tumors in nude mice.

• Stability: The lysate is stable for at least one year from date of shipping when stored at -80 centigrade. After incubation with SDS-PAGE sample buffer, SDS-PAGE samples need to be stored in -20 centigrade for long term storage.
• Storage: Store the lysate at -80 centigrade and avoid repeated freeze / thaw cycles.
• Concentration: 1 vial of 100 μg whole cell lysate in RIPA buffer.
