Protein Length : 38-208 a.a.
Description : The fibroblast growth factors are a growing family of heparin-binding growth factors that that regulate a variety of physiological processes in both developing and adult organism. The secreted human FGF10 exists most abundantly in the embryo and adult lung, and is most closely related to FGF7.
Form : Supplied as a 0.2 μm filtered solution of 20Mm Tris, pH7.5.
Purity : > 98 % as determined by SDS-PAGE
Endotoxin : < 1.0 EU per μg protein as determined by the LAL method
Stability : Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70°C.
Predicted N terminal : Met
Molecular Mass : The recombinant human FGF10 consists of 172 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 19.6 KDa as estimated in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Storage : Store it under sterile conditions at -70°C upon receiving. Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Pathways : Downstream signaling of activated FGFR; FGFR ligand binding and activation; FGFR1 ligand binding and activation; FGFR1b ligand binding and activation; FGFR2 ligand binding and activation; FGFR2b ligand binding and activation; FRS2-mediated cascade; Heart Development; IRS-mediated signaling; IRS-related events; Insulin receptor signalling cascade; MAPK signaling pathway; Melanoma; PI-3K cascade; Pathways in cancer
