• Description: The stemline chromosome number is triploid with the 2S component occurring at 4.2%. Fifteen markers (M1 and M(15)) occurred in nearly all S metaphases. Spontaneous non-specific dicentrics occurred, but rarely. Unstable markers were also rarely seen. The X was disomic, and N9 was nullisomic.

• Stability: The lysate is stable for at least one year from date of shipping when stored at -80 centigrade. After incubation with SDS-PAGE sample buffer, SDS-PAGE samples need to be stored in -20 centigrade for long term storage.
• Storage: Store the lysate at -80 centigrade and avoid repeated freeze / thaw cycles.
• Concentration: 1 vial of 100 μg whole cell lysate in RIPA buffer.
