• Description: CCRF-CEM is a T lymphoblastoid cell line derived by G.E. Foley, et al. using cells obtained in November, 1964 from peripheral blood buffy coat of a 4-year-old Caucasian female with acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
• Applications: IP, WB
• Stability: The lysate is stable for at least one year from date of shipping when stored at -80 centigrade. After incubation with SDS-PAGE sample buffer, SDS-PAGE samples need to be stored in -20 centigrade for long term storage.
• Storage: Store the lysate at -80 centigrade and avoid repeated freeze / thaw cycles.
• Concentration: 1 vial of 100 μg whole cell lysate in RIPA buffer.
