Description :	DNA Marker DL2,000 is composed of 6 bands which are 100bp, 250bp, 500bp, 750bp, 1,000bp and 2,000bp. The 750bp band has increased intensity (20ng/μl) to serve as reference points. DL2,000 is ideal for routine agarose gel electrophoresis of PCR products or any DNA fragments sized between 100bp and 2,000bp.
Ready to Use :	DNA Marker DL2,000 is premixed with DNA loading buffer, containing 2% Glycerol, 0.001% bromophenol blue.
Recommended Loading :	5μl (or 1μl/mm width of gel well).
Package Size :	500μl, about 100 lanes
Storage :	10mM Tris-HCl, 10mM EDTA. For long term storage (>30 days), store at -20°C.
Quality Control :	1. Agarose gel analysis shows that the bands between 100bp and 2,000bp are accurate in size and distinguishable. The 750bp band is is at least 2 times more intense than any other bands. 2. Incubation of 5μl of the DL2,000 in restriction enzyme buffer overnight at 37°C shows absence of visible degradation.
