• Description: This enzyme can recognize IgG antibodies from humans, mice, sheep, monkeys, and rabbits, and specifically cleave them below the hinge region, cutting the IgG antibodies into F (ab')2 and Fc fragments. Compared with IdeS protease, IdeZ protease is more efficient in cleaving IgG2a.

• Usage: 1. Prepare the following reaction system: IgG: 20 μg 10× IdeZ Reaction buffer: 2.0 μL IdeZ protease 1.0 μL Water: Up to 20 μL 2. Incubate at 37 centigrade for 0.5-2 hours.
• Applications: It is used for the structural characterization of therapeutic antibodies, Fc-fusion proteins, and antibody-drug conjugates.
• Note: 1. Try to avoid freeze-thaw cycles of this product after receipt; 2. Please wear lab coat and disposable gloves when using; 3. This product should not be used directly for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
