Rab proteins play an important role in various aspects of membrane traffic, including cargo selection, vesicle budding, vesicle motility, tethering, docking, and fusion. For example, Rab1A (cat.# PR-113), Rab1B, and Rab2 (cat.# PR-111, PR-112) are located in the ER to Golgi intermediate compartment and cis Golgi cisternae and are required for ER to Golgi and intra Golgi transport.
