Species : Rat
Source : HEK293
Tag : His
ProteinLength : 1-429 a.a.
Predicted N Terminal : Cys 32
Form : Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4, 5%~8% trehalose and mannitol.
Bio-activity : Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized rat NTRK2-His at 10 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind biotinylated mouse BDNF, The EC50 of biotinylated mouse BDNF is 12.2-28.6 ng/ml.
Molecular Mass : The recombinant rat NTRK2 comprises 409 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 47.1 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the recombinant protein is approximately 67 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation.
Endotoxin : < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
Purity : >95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Stability : Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -70ºC.
Storage : Store it under sterile conditions at -20ºC~-70ºC. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.25 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4℃ before opening to recover the entire contents.
