Bio-activity : Immobilized Mouse Human chimeric Anti-BCMA mAb (Aa01, Mouse IgG1) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Biotinylated Recombinant Protein L, His,Avitag with a linear range of 0.2-2 ng/mL. Immobilized Ipilimumab at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Biotinylated Recombinant Protein L, His,Avitag with a linear range of 0.2-2 ng/mL. Immobilized nivolumab at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Biotinylated Recombinant Protein L, His,Avitag with a linear range of 0.2-2 ng/mL.
Molecular Mass : This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag). The protein has a calculated MW of 43.7 kDa. The protein migrates as 50 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE). This protein can bind to VL-Kappa.
Endotoxin : Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.
Purity : >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. >90% as determined by SEC-MALS.
Storage : Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitution : It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents.
