Scgb3a1 is expressed in bronchial epithelialand secretory Clara cells, mammary epithelial cells (particularly duringpregnancy), salivary glands, and the prostate. It is upregulated in Claracells by IL4, IL13, Oncostatin M, EGF, and TGFα and downregulated by IFNα, β,and γ.
