Description : This gene encodes a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily. The major ligands of this receptorinclude lymphotoxin alpha/beta and tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 14. The encoded protein playsa role in signalling during the development of lymphoid and other organs, lipid metabolism, immune response, andprogrammed cell death. Activity of this receptor has also been linked to carcinogenesis. Alternatively splicedtranscript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed
Form : Lyophilized from 0.2μm-filtered solution in PBS.
Bio-activity : Immobilized LT beta R/Fc Chimera has been used for affinity purification of Lymphotoxin alpha 1/beta 2 heterotrimers.
Molecular Mass : 48KDa (monomer)
AA Sequence : Ser28-Leu223
Endotoxin : <0.06 eu/μg="" as="" determined="" by="" lal="" test.="">
Purity : >98%, by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
