• Description: Recombinant Mouse IL-27/p28 Subunit, also known as Interleukin-30, is a member of the IL-12 family of cytokines. When combined with EBI3 (Epstein-Barr virus induced gene 3), the heterodimer formed is IL-27. Mouse p28is a proinflammatory cytokine inducing immunomodulatory effects. Current research is underway to delineate specific biological functions.

• Solubility: Centrifuge vial before opening. When reconstituting the product, gently pipet and wash down the sides of the vial to ensure full recovery of the protein into solution. It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized product with sterile water at a concentration of 0.1 - 0.5 mg"s/ml, which can be further diluted into other aqueous solutions.
