• Product Overview: This product is a recombinant hyaluronidase expressed by Pichia pastoris. It belongs to the third class of hyaluronidases and is an endo-β-N-acetylglucosaminidase. It can catalyze the hydrolysis of the β-1, 4 glycosidic bond in hyaluronic acid, yielding a final product with an N - acetylglucosamine residue at the reducing end. This enzyme has high substrate adaptability and can hydrolyze chondroitin, chondroitin sulfate, and dermatan sulfate in addition to hyaluronic acid. It can be used in combination with collagenase for the digestion of tissues and organs.
