Description : FZD10 is a 68 kDa sevenpass transmembrane glycoprotein in the Frizzled family of Wnt receptors. The 205amino acid N-terminal extracellular region of FZD10 contains a cysteine-rich domainthat comprises the Wnt binding domain and mediates receptor oligomerization.
Form : Supplied as a 0.2 μmfiltered solution in PBS.
N-terminal Sequence : Ile21
Molecular Weight : 43 kDa
Activity : Measured by itsbinding ability in a functional ELISA. Biotinylated rmWnt-5a immobilized on astreptavidincoated plate at 1 μg/mL can bind rhFrizzled-10/ Fc Chimera withan apparent Kd < 35 nM.
Endotoxin Level : <1.0 EU per 1 μgof the protein by the LAL method.
SDS-PAGE : 56-58 kDa, reducingconditions
Purity : >90%, by SDS-PAGEunder reducing conditions and visualized by silver stain.
Reconstitution : Reconstitute at 100μg/mL in sterile PBS.
Storage : Use amanual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. 12 months from date of receipt, -20 to -70 °C as supplied. 1month, 2 to 8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.3 months, -20 to-70 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
