• Product Overview: Biotinylated Human FCGR3B is expressed from human HEK293 cells. It contains AA Gly 17 - Ser 200 (Accession # AAI28563). Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin. The biotin to protein ratio is 0.5-1 as determined by the HABA assay.
