• Bio-activity: Measured by the ability of the immobilized protein to support the adhesion of Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cells. When 8×10E4 cells/well are added to CD6-Fc coated plates (5 μg/mL and 100 μL/well) in the ppresence of 10μg/ml PHA, approximately > 50% cells will adhere specifically after 60 minutes at 37℃.
• Molecular Mass: The recombinant human CD6 consists of 619 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 67.3 kDa.

• Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per μg protein as determined by the LAL method.

• Reconstitution: It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents.
