• Molecular Mass: The recombinant human CD47 consists of 132 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 15.2 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 35-44 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation.
• Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per μg protein as determined by the LAL method.
• Purity: > 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
• Storage: Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20°C to -80°C
