Species : | Human |
Source : | HEK293 |
Tag : | Fc |
Protein Length : | Met1-Thr239 |
similar : | CD274 |
Alias : | CD274; CD274 molecule; CD274 antigen , PDCD1LG1, programmed cell death 1 ligand 1; programmed cell death 1 ligand 1; B7 homolog 1; B7 H; B7 H1; B7H1; PD L1; PDL1; CD274 antigen; PDCD1 ligand 1; programmed death ligand 1; B7-H; PD-L1; PDCD1L1; PDCD1LG1; MGC142294; MGC142296; |
Conjugate : | C-hFc |
Form : | Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4. Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization. |
Bioactivity : | 1. Immobilized human PD-1 at 2 μg/ml (100 μl/well) can bind human B7-H1, the EC50 of human B7-H1 is 150-600 ng/mL. 2. Using the Octet RED System, the affinity constant (Kd) of PD-L1 Protein, Human, Recombinant (Fc Tag) bound to Atezolizuma was 0.5 nM. |
MolecularMass : | The recombinant mature human B7-H1/Fc is a disulfide-linked homodimeric protein. The reduced monomer consists of 459 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 52 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the human B7-H1/Fc monomer migrates as an approximately 65-70 kDa protein in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. |
Endotoxin : | < 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method |
Purity : | > 95 % as determined by SDS-PAGE |
Storage : | Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20°C to -80°C. Store it under sterile conditions at -20°C to -80°C. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. |
Reconstitution : | It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents. |
