Measured in a cell proliferation assay using mouse splenocytes. The ED50 for this effect is typically 1-6 ng/mL.
• Molecular Mass: The recombinant cynomolgus TNFSF13B is a disulfide-linked homodimer. The reduced monomer comprises 412 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 45.5 KDa.The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 47 KDa respectively in SDS-PAGE.
