• Product Overview: Yeast Mitochondria Isolation Kit is designed for the extraction of mitochondria from various yeast samples. The extraction process is simple and convenient. This kit contains a mixture of protease inhibitors that prevent proteases from degrading proteins, ensuring the extraction of highly pure proteins. The proteins extracted by this kit are active proteins with natural protein conformation, and they have a wide range of downstream applications. They can be used for downstream protein research experiments such as Western Blotting, protein electrophoresis, immunoprecipitation, ELISA, transcriptional activity analysis, Gel shift gel retardation assay, and enzyme activity assays.

• Size: 50T
• Storage: Upon receiving the kit, store it at 2-8°C. The protease inhibitors can also be stored at 2-8°C before opening. After opening and use, store them at -20°C.
  
  Note: The protease inhibitors are in a solid state at low temperatures of 2-8°C. After taking them out from the refrigerator, allow them to return to room temperature or briefly heat in a 37°C water bath until they become liquid. After they have liquefied, centrifuge the tube to the bottom before opening the cap.
