• Product Overview: Vero cells are vaccine production cell lines recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, and are now used as production matrices for human vaccines. Biological products, especially vaccine products, are prone to residual Vero host DNA during the production process. Given the potential harm of host residual DNA in transmitting exogenous DNA, host cell residual DNA is an important indicator for the safety evaluation of biological products. Drug regulatory agencies in various countries have strict limits on its residual amount.
  
  The Vero residual DNA (qPCR) detection kit can quickly and specifically detect DNA residues in finished, semi-finished, and intermediate products of biological products.
