Description : | DNA polymerase epsilon is a member of B family DNA polymerases. It is involved in DNA repair and chromosomal DNA replication. Mutations in this gene have recently been found associated with colorectal cancer. |

Suggested dilution buffer (not included): 50 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 5 mM-mercaptoethanol, 50% glycerol. Reaction temperature: 37 centigrade Note: Reaction can be stopped by adding equal volume of 95% formamide. |
