This protein contains mutations 664RLR665>A, K968P and V969P. The construct also contains a C-terminal His tag (6×His). Note that the expected MW of the S1+S2 monomer is 136 kDa but migrates at a higher MW in SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation. The recombinant protein was affinity purified.
