• Form: Lyophilized from sterile 50mM Tris, 100mM NaCl, pH 8.0, 10% glycerol. Normally 5 % - 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization.
• Molecular Mass: The secreted recombinant human RSV-F comprises 514 amino acids with a predicted molecular mass of 57.4 kDa. The RSV F0 precursor protein is cleaved into the disulfide-linked F1 and F2 subunits. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 45-55 kDa and 18 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, corresponding to the two subunits respectively.

• Reconstitution: It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents.
