Product Overview : The N-terminus of this wild type rat PAI-1 has been modified with the introduction of a 6-X histidine tag. The tag allows for the immobilization of functionally active PAI-1 onto surfaces such as metal chelate microtiter plates or Ni 2 resins. The purification conditions are gentle and result in an active fraction >99percent pure and >60percent active as determined by SDS PAGE.
