• Molecular Mass: The secreted recombinant HA1 subunit of influenza B HA (B/Malaysia/2506/2004) comprises 358 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 39 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, it migrates as an approximately 55-60 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
