• Molecular Mass: The recombinant HA1 subunit of Influenza A virus (A/chicken/Netherlands/1/03 (H7N7)) hemagglutinin comprises 331 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 36.4 kDa. It migrates as an approximtely 47 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation.
