• Molecular Mass: The secreted recombinant hemagglutinin of Influenza A virus (A/Anhui/1/ 2005(H5N1) comprises 557 amino acids with the predicted molecular mass of 63 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, it migrates as an approximately 66 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.This recombinant HA proteins are polymers based on HPLC analysis (data not shown).

• Reconstitution: It is recommended that sterile water be added to the vial to prepare a stock solution of 0.2 ug/ul. Centrifuge the vial at 4°C before opening to recover the entire contents.
