ZFAND3 is a 251 amino acid proteincontaining two AN1-type zinc fingers and two UIM (ubiquitin-interactingmotif) repeats. Conserved in animals and plants, the AN1-type zinc fingerdomain is often found in proteins that contain a ubiquitin-like domain, whichsuggests a role in the ubiquitination pathway.
